Before a CITE test suite is released and available for certification, OGC requires that 3 member organizations pass 100% of the tests. Until that time the test suite is considered beta. Once this milestone is reached, the test suite is made available to the general public, and OGC members and non-members alike may exercise the tests and apply for certification. Those first 3 organizations that passed the tests have all fees waived when they apply for this certification, so it pays to be an early adopter.

At this time the following test suites are in the beta period. They may be exercised from this site.

• Web Coverage Service (WCS) 1.1.1
  Validates that a WCS server meets the requirements in the specification.
